"The staff her is unprofessional. I have witness the Property Manager use profanity to several tenants. They changed the method on how to make payments without sending memo or informing residents. These or Senior Citizens. It would have been nice to inform them and offer to help them if they needed it. No you just let them catch the bus and try and pay they rent and the place isn't accepting the payments. Go back to the office and give you a barcode to go pay at another place, it's not accepting. This is bad management and I can go on and on why my parent is, indefinitely going to move when their lease is up. I wouldn't wish the place for anyone to call home. This place need to be investigated. How can you treat tenants like this. Better yet, Senor Cizitens Living Place. If it wasn't for the tenants, you would get paid. Treat others as you would like to be treated.I will call and speak with corporate office with names and more."

"I have lived here going on 2 years July 24, 2023 to be exact. This is where God led me I’m happy to say. I have met some wonderful neighbors we even look out for each other. Lola is great she helped me with such professionalism in getting into my apartment. The grounds are well kept the rest of the staff are friendly I look forward to living here a long time. The Catania staff keep up the good work."

It's so nice and peaceful and the entire staff are wonderful. This is a large property, the office staff and, the maintenance team work very hard everyday to make the residents feel at home."
