"I don’t know why I waste my time here. They have never gotten my order right. How hard is it to read a slip of paper and put what it says in the bag? My 6 year old reads and follows directions better than the people that work here. This is the only job I know where you can literally mess up EVERYTHING you do and still have a job with no consequences. McDonald’s only hires warm bodies with a pulse and no brains."

"I have eaten at many McDonald's in my day but this one takes the cake for the best. Food was fast, hot, and exceptionally delicious. The employees also could not have been nicer. My whole day is better from stopping in. THANK YOU"

"2nd Draft... Local McDonald's is running a special: order 30 dollars in food and theyll get your order wrong twice, give you cold food, and you get to make 2 trips to get your order right. Plus, they're offering limited edition brown tinged Sprite for the kids. 1st draft... One of two cars in the line. "Please pull forward to wait for the rest of your meal." Waited. First attempt: Worker ran off without giving me a happy meal I paid for. Waited. Notified. Got happy meal. Noticed fries upside down spilled in bag, typical. Got home. Missing quarter pounder. Called ahead. Drove all the way back. Waited. Got home; everything cold at this point. Noticed my kids Sprites are both BROWN. Gave up. ZERO EFFORT. NO SHAME. Enjoy the $30 you robbed me for McDonalds. Could at least give me a coupon for a future purchase?! Wasted 30 minutes of my life and my fuel costs."

"Worst ever!! No toilet paper in women’s restroom. Had to ask 2 times for them to provide us with it. Not many to take orders. Only seem to want you to use touch screen only to order. It seemed to be chaos in the kitchen. No drink station. Had to ask for our drinks. Poor waiste of space. Order area is very small. Don’t see anyone except a person shouting out a number. Didn’t get our drinks and ad to ask. Chicken sandwich sloppy and smashed. I was so disgusted and didn’t even finish my meal. Cold fries and everyone seemed to get various sizes of fries. Person to wipe down tables was just pesty and kept hanging around when I was trying to have a conversation with a friend. Was insistence that I went over to see a light up table. Another couple was very uncomfortable with her asking questions of them while trying to eat. They had one child and were wanting their child to eat. Left and couldn’t finish the dry cold fries and smashed sloppy sandwich"

"Clean and well kept facility except the bathroom. It's pretty unsanitary with open trash bins by the toilet and customers putting the dirty toilet papers in it. Sign in bathroom advised employees to wash hands but should say "with hand soap."The napkin dispenser was empty. The ketchup dispenser also empty. We stopped for a quick bite for the kiddos enroute to Nashville. The staff were all grumpy and not a single smile or hello. Even when ordering and receiving food. Overall, the facily is great. The service and food was not up to par..I don't recommend this location. Northbound travelers, if you are able, wait til iowa city. Eastbound wait for Burlington, westbound Fairfield is not that far. For southbound..go to another fast food restaurant."
