"PLEASE LISTEN TO THE POOR REVIEWS. I've lived here for 15 years and the same management was here before me and is still here after Greystar took over and that was a mistake. They should have started over with a new group. Oh, they did get rid of the previous manager and even called her "crazy" to me on the phone when I called to speak to the Greystar manager over Sabo, who by the way is the same manger from Finger Companies as the office staff. How unprofessional is that?? I didn't have an issue with the last manager, yes she could be crass but she did a much better job managing these apartments. She kept order, the property was managed much better, and she listened when a legitimate complaint was made, which I definitely had. But, she was called "crazy" and they let her go. PLEASE Listen to the Wellsprings comment about vandalism and the non-care attitude the management has. I was harassed by an ignorant tenant below me and I repeatedly reported her, and they did nothing. Instead the manager treated me with nothing but disrespect and even yelled at me when I came to the office to try to report that my car and my items on my porch were vandalized. I had just had surgery and was in pain and came home to my plants dumped all over my porch and she could care less. There were other disturbances that I kept reporting like my tire being slashed, the neighbor cursed me out and her and her mother even came up to my door and I had to call the police. They could careless, they only want the rent. PLEASE SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN A BETTER PLACE, YOU WILL THANK ME LATER. Because I kept legitimately complaining about the horrible neighbor who kept me woke for months on end and I couldn't get sleep because she kept beating on the walls like a maniac all night long, she told me she wouldn't renew my lease. I followed the rules of the lease by reporting the disturbances, which included weed smoke coming in my apartment, constant beating noise on the walls and ceiling at 2, 3, 4, and 5am in the morning. But, I all I get was her saying I needed to "prove it" and yelled at like a crazy person. I do believe all of this was allowed to happen and was instigated to get me to this point, out of my apartment, which she has now achieved by NOT RENEWING MY LEASE. I have suffered many sleepless nights, spending unnecessary money to have tire replaced and being totally disrespected by her and that troll that lived below me, much undo STRESS at the hands of this manager and whoever else she put up to harassing me, and when you do bad to people it always comes back to you. I didn't deserve the treatment I received from this manager, all because I kept complaining for her to do something only to be disrespected and ignored and finally dismissed. I have always stayed to myself and paid my rent on time, that's all a landlord can ask from a tenant, but because I followed the rules and reported a repeated offense, I am being punished for it, and that is NOT FAIR AT ALL. I URGE YOU TO PAY ATTENTION TO OUR LEGITIMATE COMPLAINTS AND RE-CONSIDER ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE. IF YOU WANT TO LIVE WHERE YOUR CONCERNS WILL BE HEARD PLEASE MOVE SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN A GREYSTAR PROPERTY. READ THE OTHER COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE PROPERTIES THEY OWN, THEY ARE CONSISTENTLY BAD. IT IS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT UPPER MANAGEMENT TO GET HEARD AND ANY POSTIVE RESULTS. And after that person moved out, I was still being harassed with noises in the middle of the night. BUT I WAS BEING TREATED LIKE I WAS MAKING IT ALL UP AND MY LEASE WON'T BE RENEWED. Like I said it was orchestrated. As everyone knows by now with inflation and high prices, it's hard to find suitable habitation, but there is better out there. Whatever is said in response to my comments just know everything I said... it's all REAL."

SABO VILLAGE is a nice place to live and I recommend this place to be a home for anyone.
