"I am so so so grateful for the staff here at The Oliver! My partner and I had a rush move and Sam seriously outdid himself with getting us squared away for our move in. To be honest, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced EXCELLENT customer service with any complex until coming to The Oliver. The attentiveness is unmatched, they are seriously on it with making sure you have a seamless experience with becoming residents here. If I could give 10 stars I totally would!! It’s our second night here and we already feel at home! The complex is quiet (besides train, but doesn’t bother us) and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. The amenities are so nice and the complex has plenty of WFH space if you ever want to get out of your apartment. I feel like whatever common area you’re in, you’re always going to have the best downtown views too. Again, we are so so happy being here and relieved we have peace and quiet. I will always be grateful to Sam and the rest of the team for helping us out on short notice. Thank you so much for everything!!!"

"I moved in March 2023 and yes, I am a REAL resident with an honest review. I had pre-leased before even seeing my apartment (back in November 2022) because I had full confidence in the leasing team (Kristen and LaTora) from my experience at a previous property. I have to say, my expectations were exceeded at The Oliver. A great leasing team makes a great home (Rock Stars). I love my unit and the views, sunsets are amazing with the downtown view. The property is kept immaculate with a great support staff (however, some dog owners need to clean up after themselves, basically, be an Adult, not the properties fault). Fun resident events and have met some really nice neighbours. Community hang outs at the pool and really great grilling area. It's in great location of everything, walkable bars and restaurants, and I feel safe. Note: this property is by the train tracks (which I love the train) so keep that in mind! Also I see there is a review from a "negative nancy/ fullblown karen" in previously. Looking at her other reviews, she just seems super unhappy about everything, so take that with a "grain of salt""

"Gorgeous property finishes. You can not get tired of the views! The staff is amazing and has professionalism. They know what they are doing. Like most new construction, it is a little hard to get in touch over the phone, but that is because this property is new and beautiful, located in one of the most desirable areas of Houston. It was so easy to schedule an appointment online. My tour was great but unfortunately I decided to stay in my current state."
