"I have no complaints actually living here for over 13 years maintenance is properly always done"
"Terrible apartments to ever live in. My mother’s toilet has been clogged up for months no came to fix it. Bedroom door is also messed up. My sink water pressure is low and clogged. Kitchen pantry broke. Everything is in bad condition and no one has came to fix it. They keep saying they’ll come but they don’t. My mom keeps calling and even had to go up to the office. I highly don’t recommend moving to any of these raggedy apartments."

"I have been here since 2015 and I can honestly say the new management has things different in a better way. Also, know how to handle pressure/problems in a professional way (ms.dawn). Yes, she stays on us, but in a good way(helping). Most managers wouldn't even try to tell you the right thing(they don't care). And Ms. Crystal you are the sweetest person any person can meet:) very respectful and loving."
