"I lived here for seven years, it was a great area to start up in, while I was in grad school… Bettie, Was incredibly helpful. Every time I had to interact with her, she is one of the sweetest women I’ve ever met that said, the units that face, Elgin and Smith and Louisiana truly suffer, the noise is tremendous because of the racing that goes on on the street, but when I lived in the units that faced Stuart and the other crossroad, it was much quieter. The smart access is helpful. It was nice not to have to use a key or anything like that. However, they did not extend that smart access to the amenities so unfortunately, I could not access any of the amenities independently and in order for people in wheelchairs to get into the building, you had to go through the driveway gate instead of the pedestrian entrances, the elevators were out of order often so if you are disabled, you would’ve been trapped in the building for quite some time, until the elevator was repaired, which usually took a day or two. I would recommend this area for people who are either in college or just graduated, there was a lot to do in the area and I’m grateful for all the cool memories made here!"

They got electric charging station for EV car owners, and packages locker for more convenience packages delivery, even no locker available, leasing office people are always so nice to respond for all delivery service!!!
