"Im posting this from my best friend’s google account as I don’t want any retaliation. As a resident of Camden City Centre for over a year, I have generally enjoyed my living experience within my apartment. However, there are significant issues that have made my overall experience unpleasant. Firstly, there have been multiple instances of package thefts within the complex, which is extremely concerning. Despite residents expressing their concerns, the office staff dismisses the idea of installing package lockers as a solution, claiming it won't deter thefts. While this may be partially true, it's evident that package lockers have been effective in other communities and could provide residents with more security for their deliveries. Additionally, it's disappointing that Camden City Centre is unwilling to consider this option, especially when other, less expensive apartments have implemented such measures. Furthermore, recent car break-ins within the garage have further diminished my satisfaction with the complex. Despite the presence of a security guard, these incidents continue to occur, indicating a lack of effective security measures. Overall, while I appreciate certain aspects of living at Camden City Centre, such as the quality of the apartments. The issues with package thefts and car break-ins are significant drawbacks. I urge the management to take proactive steps to address these issues and prioritize the safety and security of their residents."

"Karina was excellent!! I have been apartment shopping for a while now and she is one of the better leasing agents I have had the measure of meeting. She is very knowledgeable about property and places surrounding the area, she answered all of my questions and even followed up with me the same day. Although, I won’t be moving for a few months she has definitely swayed my decision to move into Camden City Centre!"

"I’ve lived here for 3 years and the management just gets worse and worse. They never answer the phones and you’ll be lucky if they text/email back within 3 days. Last year I was coming up on my 60 day notice and I was calling for 2 weeks to try and renew my lease. This photo was taken at 2:02pm on a Monday. I walked up and down the office and no one was here. No reason for the office to not have a single person in it. Management doesn’t care about the residents and packages get stolen. Nice apartments but the theft and management is so ghetto"

"I am moving out of Camden City Centre next week. For the most part, I have enjoyed living here. I have no complaints about my actual apartment. The maintenance crew was always quick to respond if I filed a work order. The front office staff is friendly but you will never actually see them walking the property. I have two big complaints about this property: 1) The package delivery issue continues to go unaddressed. Just put Amazon Lockers on the property...it's an easy fix. 2) Some of the residents that live here are just awful. There is no respect for their neighbors or the community. They let their animals poop in the hallways/elevators and do not clean it up. They smoke pot in the hallways even though it's a smoke-free community People put their trash out on non-pick up days and then wonder why rodents are an issue...Camden will keep sending reminder emails about all of these issues but it does nothing to fix the issues. I don't believe these issues to be specific to this property, it's just the world we live in now. Overall, the apartment, the pools, the gym and the location are great for the price...but I am looking forward to moving to a new place."

"Applied for Camden City Centre - initially my experience was amazing, however took a turn - however, with that turn being taken, Camden was still there for me after applying. I've learned not to be too upset with policy and procedures, however, I do get upset when I'm not sure which direction to go to fix an issue. I won't say that rep name who made me give 4 stars, however, the steps Camden took to get me taken care of was amazing! The property manager called me, explained to me what needs to be done, and explained the reasoning, and from there I got to work and completed the necessary requirements in order to complete my move in. When I moved in, they were super fun while I was completing the move in process in the office. The apartments are very nice, affordable, and the amenities are amazing! I appreciate you guys for such a great experience ! Will post a review in the coming months of my living experience here!"
