"Since management changed around in 2023, the building has improved, noise levels and disruptions have significantly dropped, their care and attention is amazing. Clean and fresh hallways, less fragrances being pumped into hallways that cover up smells. I love it. Not to mention that maintenance is on top of everything being extremely responsive and helpful. I don't have any complaints other than other tenants being negligent (not managements issue). Now lets talk about the leasing offices. I have never been so impressed by the level of personalism, professionalism, and excellence the two continue to exude. Someone give them a pay raise (without increasing my rent ;) )!!! If I'm walking by or want to stop in to chat, they're door is always open and they always greet me with a smile. They see me sometimes come from the gym and cheer me on. Amazing amazing crew! The only offer of feedback I can give is if they can clean he floors of the gym more often... there is often dust bunnies floating around the machines."

"The management changed a couple of months ago and they have been doing a fantastic job fixing issues that prior management left behind. They are very responsive when anything comes up and their friendliness really makes you happy to live here. Maintenance is quick to respond to any minor or major request that comes up and really makes sure that the job is done correctly the first time around. Overall, I feel like we have the dream team working at 299 West Gray!"
