"Could really be more responsive to noise level complaints, as they are to animal violations. Put reminders out about substantial issues, not just entertainment and dog poop clean ups! After all, we are paying tenants,but none of us own the property. Some tenant's just act as if they are in their own house."

Moving to Houston from abroad was made so much easier because of her. She is always smiling and ready to help with any concerns related to the apartment. The apartment is so spacious with good amenities."

"I'm not surprised they have such good reviews. I haven't even toured yet and Diana is the most competent leasing agent Ive talked to all week. That alone is a good enough reason to move in. 1 year later: This place is perfect, the staff is perfect. Maintenane is same day if you need someting. The buliding is beautful. All of my guests that I've had over say that it's like a hotel. The hallways are always perfect temp. At 2929 Wesl. they have zero ventilation in the halls and those are twice as much! The only review I've seen on here that isnt positive, is someone saying to leave to front doors unlocked as well as the business center. hah! Literally every single apartment locks the front doors, that is unless you want homeless people and drunk wanderes coming in sleeping on those sofas. It happened at Gables. There's what, 3 pools on the second floor, another little gazebo area and then another zen little area? Then the pool tables and yoga studio... Fire place and a grill? With a chefs kitchen downstairs, that thank god isnt open 24 hours. This place is PERFECT. Amazon lockers, a stockwell machine thats like a mini grocery store! Will post videos later."

"Just moved in and it was a seem less and very pleasant experience. Beginning from the signing of the rental agreement, a quick tour of the premises to finally moving in to the apartment was very smooth and enlightening. The surroundings were very clean and impeccable kept. The staff and residents appears to be quite friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed and liked all the amenities (especially) the exercise room. Finally, the location is perfect for grocery shopping or any other shopping/entertainment experience you have in mind to do."
