"Horrible outdated apartments with incompetent and predatory management/management company. All the typical trappings of a bad apartment. Mandatory "valet trash", slow maintenance, thin walls, roaches. Some bonuses. Broken gates. Wheel theft. Rude office staff that avoids calls. Brainless apartment numbering that results in countless lost packages. Wouldn't recommend any apartment complexes by the management company RPM living either. Very unreasonable with fees, expect 1/10th of your security deposit back."

"I lived in building 9 for one year, and this has been a great community to live in. When I first moved in, I connected with Iris, the leasing associate, and she is incredibly kind and friendly. She went above and beyond for me when I was locked out of my apartment. Freddy Ramirez, the maintenance supervisor, replaced the garbage disposal very quickly when my sink was clogged and nearly overflowing. He is knowledgeable, responsive and trustworthy. I really appreciated his help. The complex also has a beautiful landscape and pools. I love taking walks throughout the complex and neighborhood. Neighbors are very friendly, and it has been a peaceful place to live. I'm grateful for my time here."

"I've been living here for about two years and it's a very nice neighborhood. Always quiet where I'm at in the complex. They pick up poop quite often and have doggie bags placed around the complex in case I forgot my own plus a trashcan for disposal. They have a large dog park and a smaller one across from it in case the big one is taken. They also have trash valet that takes my trash right from my porch each evening around 8pm so I don't have to do it after a long day of work. I have quite enjoyed living here for this long."

"my mom and i have been here for about 6 months now and so far so good. I see other reviews concerning things such as roaches, terrible maintenance, trash etc. however i don’t have any of these issues. Maybe it’s a differentiation of the phases? Originally I was given an apartment in Phase 2 and was dissatisfied due to minor impediments of pests and roaches so the leasing office took my concerns seriously and provided me a unit in phase 1 which was very clean and updated. Maintenance is usually taken care of 24-48 hours after requests are submitted! Jesus was one of the maintenance techs that completed my jobs efficiently and kindly. He even came back when I wasn’t fully satisfied with a job. Definitely give this place a reasonable shot coming from a college student, it’s not bad at all. Especially with new management. Mayra, Iris, and Ayanna (not sure if that’s how you spell her name) are sweethearts as well ! moving from out of states they really made our move smooth and easy. They’re also very attentive if we have concerns when we are traveling."

"Moved into my apartment October 1. Dishwasher doesn't work still. Had 3 visits from maintenance which is a third party company. Still waiting for this to get fixed. Was charged 25 dollars for rent insurance when I submitted it to the office for verification with their company. No one will tell what exactly im not in compliance for so I'm paying double insurance. So that's great."
