"I am very happy with living at Twin Pines. The staff are very helpful and far beyond just renting to you. The staff are very responsive to repairs or really any issues I am having. I just renewed my lease for another year because of the great staff, great location & Twin Pines is very unique, it is all 1-bedroom apt’ s & that makes for a very quiet peaceful environment. It is the place I did not think I could find, but did!"
"I have lived here for three years, and for the most part my stay has been great...but since day one..I can't get rid of the roaches. Every concern I have had been treated with disbelief. I've asked for certain measures to be taken...but it seems to fall on def ears. I'm tired of it. These pests need to go. I write this review in hope that the complex will finally take the matter seriously."
"I am leaving a review bc I know how important apartment reviews are to me when I am apt shopping. I have officially been here for a year and I love this place. The appliances are new and very nice. Lovely floors. Spacious kitchens! Closets are nice! I do not have a single complaint. Can’t beat the location. Property is always clean. Management is the best part. They have been extremely helpful and very responsive since day 1. If I need any help or have any issues they respond immediately. I have never had to wait longer than one day for services. They’re also just very nice! Everyone who lives here is friendly as well. Most people that I have talked to have lived here for years and loved it. Never had any issues."
"I’ve lived here for a few years. Great neighbors, great neighborhood, dog friendly, and close to everything. The staff are great especially Rubi and Catalinna! They work with you if there is ever an issue and are responsive."
"I've been a resident here for a little over two years. The staff is very helpful and property manager Rubi is prompt to reply to emails and phone calls. Maintenance is also very quick to respond to requests. The apartments were recently renovated and the finishes are nice and of a higher quality. There is no mgmt. on site however there is almost always maint. staff on site and the grounds and property are kept very clean. the other residents are great, being a smaller complex there is a feel of community, lots of people hangout together and such. overall a very good experience."
