Trax Pizza

"I’m giving this a one star. I ordered Pizza, Toasted ravs, a salad with ranch and paid for extra ranch. I never really have good service here, anytime I come in the girls working there always seem to have some attitude. Not to mention how greedy this place is based off this issue, is petty. To the issue, my Toasted raviolis - Half of them had nothing in them, literally no filling, it was just the ravioli breading… which is sad. And then there’s the salad. They got the salad wrong, I ordered no tomatoes and no onions, they gave me the salad with both on it. I had to take that back.. I also ordered ranch with it, and extra ranch, they didn’t give me any when I showed up. So paying for ranch and extra, not receiving any is kinda upsetting. Took to the live chat to let them know the issue, the restaurant would offer a refund for half off on the ravs, but not refund the ranch they never gave me. Which is ridiculous… paying for something and not receiving it at all, and they’re too greedy to do a refund for something they never gave me in the first place. Shall see how their service is in the future hopefully it’s not as disappointing."

"Never had a single issue other than delivery. 3rd time in a row it I get a message saying our pizza is on the way....and it shows up 45min-1hour later. Practically re cooking our pizza since it feels like it was microwaved an hour ago. Hardly even warm. We live literally 2miles down 47. Paid an extra 12$ just too have cold food delivered late again. Major disappointment"

"I ordered Trax pizza last night on 9/27/23 for the very first time. I just had gotten off a busy shift at the hospital and I really wanted a lazy night. I ordered two large pizzas and pepper jack cheesy bites. We are located less than a mile and a half down the street from Trax. I have never been more disappointed in a pizza place. It took 2 hours to get our food, that’s right two hours. I thought maybe they lost our order or something, but when I called all I got was “they are busier than normal” I don’t care how busy you are, 2 hours for a pizza delivery so close to their establishment is absurd. Next, when the pizza got here finally… it was COLD!!! So cold that the cheese was sliding of the pizza in huge cold chunks taking the sauce and toppings with it. The pepper jack cheese bites? Chewy, almost to where they seemed stale. They were also completely cold. Those were not even editable. Overall, horrible horrible experience. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I recommend everyone stay far away from this place."
