"I have been without an AC since July 31! They use a bandaid approach to solving this issue. 1st was told needed a new breaker, next it just needed freon then i needed a new unit. Well they told me they had ordered a new unit & would install right away. Well they pretended to install a new unit but they didn’t at all just another bandaid. Finally they admitted to not having installed a new unit because I questioned if a new unit was installed then they didn’t install the unit that goes inside my apartment. is it a furnace part of a new unit? i don’t know but they said they really were going to install this time. Well the AC went out again Sat night Aug 19,2023. I have health issues and no one seems to care. When i am promised a time for repair they don’t show up for hours! Steve supposedly the supervisor has lied to me so many times. I am sitting here crying bcz it is so hot, i have the flu & i am miserable. 21 days and no AC in this condition the apt is uninhabitable i have nowhere to go and no money to at least get a room somewhere I’m sure the problem is what’s needed is a professional and they refuse to pay for one. They would rather play a guessing game while we are broiling in this place because guess what they have a cold home to go to every night. it’s unbelievable they have no emergency phone # we have to sweat it out until 10:00 am &they will not work past 6:00 pm! "They weren't very nice like they didn't need to rent the apartments. It seems that the 55+ apartments are pretty much the same all apartments are rented and they have few if any vacant apartments. No one cares or wants to even show apts."

"For the most part I have few issues with my apartment. Person in the office is another matter. Rude , over talking me and not trying to listen I have a problem with. Especially since I was being helped by another person. Maybe she talks to all of the seniors over here, I'm not sure. I'm not the one. Came to the office supposedly to sign another lease which they said was ready. It was not. I forgot my glasses and she intervened in the conversation which had nothing to do with her. This was Friday August 26 or 27, I believe. Will be complaining to the corporate office also."

"I looked at the apartment complex in April I was told I would be at a certain apartment on the second floor well I get a phone call first telling me rent went up before signing my lease then 2 days before I drive 3 hrs to move I get a phone call to have my electric company turn the electric on at a different apartment on the 3rd floor. I suffer with chronic pain in my hips, back and feet I was so upset. I told the office my rent goes up before I move now I'm moved to the 3rd floor. I told her I read reviews the elevators go down alot and sometimes for weeks I was told no we fix them right away.. Well my movers moved me to the 3rd floor this last Sat and since that day the elevator has been out. I called 5 times waiting for someone to know and no return call. I have been in diar pain since Sat my pain is intensed due to taking my dog out 2 times a day. There are only tubs in the 2 bedroom otherwise it's a shower. I'm very pleased with the interior, clean and large I hope this has been helpful to someone else. I won't believe anything I hear any longer."
