Cars get vandalized, packages get stolen and you can never have visitors because THEY TARGET AND ILLEGALLY TOW YOUR VISITORS CARS EVERY-TIME! EVEN WITH A VISITORS PASS FROM THE OFFICE STAFF ON TOP OF BEING PROPERLY PARKED IN THE DESIGNATED VISITORS PARKING AREA. Every complaint is never resolved! The staff doesn’t care about anything but collecting money. There’s aways an excuse or lack of concern for any issues brought to their attention. PACKAGES ARENT SAFE, RESIDENT CARS ARENT SAFE AND VISITORS CARS ARENT SAFE! STAY AWAY!!! AVOID VILLA SERENA PROPERTIES AT ALL COSTS!! There are about 4 properties under this management in the same area."

"Been here a few Months I’ve asked for maintenance for the light fixture above my kitchen multiple times and have yet to be fixed, just like getting a mail key took forever, had ac issues on thanksgiving that we had to open all windows and doors just to be able to sleep and i called multiple times, the. My toilet overflowing and it took maintenance an hour or so to arrive but by then we fixed it, and was told in the begging they would fix the stove clock and a door which is still not fixed. They were nice when first applying but after that is like I’m being ignored. Other than that the complex is quiet and enjoyable."

"I love this property it's so Clean and quite!! The maintenance guy works fast and very nice and to mention the sweetest ladies in the office. I can say I'm HOME, I have everything I need for My husband who is disabled and the help me make the apartment easy for him to live in and me!!! Best part of my new HOME IS WASHER AND DRYER COMES WITH IT FOR FREE!!!!!!! ALSO RENT IS A GREAT PRICE FOR FAMILIES LIKE MINE. THANK YOU To Rock ridge for my new Home!!!! "So far I am absolutely loving this neighborhood. The staff in the office is kind, friendly and caring. Maintenance is quick and responsive to complaints. The exterminator shows up as scheduled and I haven't seen any pests yet. My apartment is spacious and a great value for the price. Best of all, this neighborhood is quiet! And security is out patrolling at night."
