"Moved in last month this is the 3rd Manger i have seen. I haven't received my mail box key yet and for some reason I still have a pending balance when I paid my rent off already. Hopefully new management can answer as to why. The people at the office are not getting work orders done. I have been waiting for a whole week to get my leaking sink in the kitchen fixed. Mind you I can't wash my dishes or cook so I have been having to spend extra money to buy fast food for me and my children."

She is the most outspoken most thoughtful later that you can never meet. She's reasonable to work with. She's lenient and she just a all around good person at heart. "I was on the verge of moving when my lease was up but the new management lead by Teena is absolutely amazing, the maintenance team with George & Ernesto gets the job done correctly the 1st time. The property is getting back to how it was when I moved in 3 years ago. They have given me hope. The other management companies were garbage, but the new time is extremely professional at the work they do. Below is a picture of the pool that was full of mosquitoes, fungus that’s been this way since March and within a month the new time had it drained, cleaned and refilled!!! As well has the property doesn’t look like a garbage can anymore!!! Plus no more illegal towing going on!!!"
