"Apartments were featured on Grizzy Hood News where a concerned person reached out that Building 7 caught fire and mgmt has not done anything to relocate their residents! BEWARE! These apartments won’t care if you are affected! It’s been 3 days since the incident and not a word from mgmt! Do you REALLY WANt TO LIVE HERe?!!!! If you’re signing a lease, ask questions about emergency response, accidental scenarios and what they will do! Do NOT let them take advantage of you! Praying for those who were affected!"

"Justin was the only good person that had worked there. Everyone there has no idea what there doing. Even when I went to court the judge was making the manager look like she doesn’t know how to do her job. I never got served. I found out through the mail when I got letters from the lawyers. Maintenance is not at attentive as they should be. How hot was this summer? No AC since April. Nats everywhere never had a working dishwasher. Leak in the ceiling that created mold an got my family and I sick an they never fixed after I called them and told them I’d be home for 2weeks. I had a camera system an the upstairs neighbor would go down to door an put his ear on the door idk why. But weird. Another neighbor was prostituting. And another one had a nail business out her apartment that had our parking lot with no where to park but her clients."

"At first when I moved here I loved it . But honestly it's gone down hill since and the prices have gone up . They were supposed to update the park and didn't. It's really hard to get maintenance to you especially for blinds . It's hard to reach the office by phone . My car has been broken into as of many others and they did nothing about it. My cat was stolen off my car and again they did nothing about it."
