"This place desperately needs more package lockers. If the lockers are full, delivery drivers leave mail on the floor of a hallway (where another set of lockers could easily be installed!). At this point I've lost over $300. Everything else here is great, but this mail situation is out of control. Hopefully whoever stole my air fryer is enjoying it - it was very expensive."

"So far so good, Location is great, and staff are friendly. Some of the bigger jobs for maintenance can take a long time, the trash situation is a little ridiculous. You have to pay for it, but they do not separate trash and recycling and they can be kind of picky with boxes. The other thing is you have to use their renter's insurance which is annoying since you cannot bundle."
