"DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS!!! It’s people who just signed their lease who have not experience living in this complex just yet. This complex is disgusting, maintenance is poorly done and they change maintenance staff every week because of how bad the conditions of the apartments are. I have lived in my unit for 11 months and every day there is a new problem. I’ve had leaks from my ceilings in separate occasions, times where my apartment was supposed to be fixed and things were “fixed” but still broken and took them 2-5 more times to come fix everything that’s wrong. You can address your complaints with management, but they’ll just brush it off and say they’ll address it with their supervisors but they won’t. I wish someone would have told me how bad things were before I signed my lease here. I have told management multiple times to do mold testing in my unit and they won’t do it, I have roach infestations where the person supposed to come do extermination never shows up so I have baby roaches all over my place. They have too many units to keep track of who lives here and who needs what and they don’t give you any respect. There’s also registered sex offenders living in this property. Only good thing is the leasing front desk is super nice and tries to be helpful, (Diana and the one guy, I don’t know his name) but there’s only so much they can do having a management that is so terrible. I’ve never had such a terrible living experience and I hope this helps others decide to not move in here. Management will always try to play things off and give me a “corporate reputation management” response to cover after themselves."

"I have recently moved in. The area is super nice, almost everything you need and want is right around the corner. My move-in process was like a breeze, it happened so fast and efficiently, and all the credit goes to Diana. She went beyond extra miles to get us moved in, remained patient, accommodating, and supportive. I was little skeptical with all these negative reviews, so I hope the best for the future."
