"Horrible service! Specially maintence and management. Appartently they dont have a manager you can speak with. Its been a month that my AC is not working. I did verbal communication first then a written letter. Now I open a case with the city of Houston and nothing hasnt been done. They said that a part has been order since foreever. I have kids at my house and they got heat rush from the heat. I had to buy out of pocket an window ac to survive. I cant reach any one from management since they all leave at 3pm and the office hour are supposed to be until 5pm. They never answer the phone and the office is always closed"

"went to the office and reported that the air conditioner did not work continuously for 3 months. and the women didn't even look at my face. they knew my apartment number but didn't come to fix it. the whole bulb broke in 3 months. must live in the dark and without air conditioning. Why are they still getting paid and not doing the right job?"

"Don’t even think coming here I have call them this whole week to come fix the bathtub cause it gets full by it self with dirty water and they just say they gonna come but they never do they just come and check but don’t do anything if you need any pictures let me know I’ll show you how it really is. Ni si quiera piensen en venir aquí ya tengo una semana hablando que vengan a componer la tina porque se llena sola con agua sucia y no asen nada si quieren fotos díganme y se las mando"

"I would put 0 stars Friend stays in this aparments Stove dose not work they need to cook in a portable stove to cook the meals. They came a couple times and they don't even fix the stoves. Cabinets are loose from the wall. I will not recoment this aparments to no one."

"My apartment is licking from the ceiling on the utility room...my carpet is already flood of water...i call today since 6am to maintanance..i get somebody at 8am and says its a lot of water and will get his supervisor to bring more help. I contact by phone and person to managemnet no help at all they keep saying help is coming...7hours later and still waiting....this is an emergency and they act like i dont pay them rent...all the years i been living here have never happen anything like this"
