"Do not move here!!! New management and maintenance is horrible!!!! The office doesn't know how to communicate. There's been so many problems with maintenance and office. Maintenance was in my apartment yesterday and when I pulled up I sat in my car getting something done and my kids went inside. The door was locked and I have instructions on my maintenance request saying to take shoes off before coming up stairs(because my daughter is allergic to dust) so there were no shoes at door and door was locked so how am I supposed to know maintenance is inside...Right when my kids went in maintenance said he was reporting me for not being inside! Like I said, how was I supposed to know he was inside. When I called office next day and said can maintenance please respect my instructions on taking shoes off because my daughters allergic to dust...the Laura the office staff interrupted me very rudely saying "you want us to respect your rules but you won't respect ours!!!???" Like I said, how was I supposed to know maintenance was in my home right when I pulled up and my kids went in! Laura just kept interrupting me saying the same thing. She is justifying maintenance not taking his shoes off because I "wasn't respecting their rules" it makes no sense."
"Manny is a people person and he has done such a great job at Mayfair. His interest is for the residents and they come first. Its a beautiful place, located close to everything."
