"I've been here since 2014. I'm very proud of this property. There are pro's and cons. When I first moved in for years. The dumpster was ok. Nowadays, kids just throws the trash around the dumpster. So, it can be very embarrassing. But come Monday it's clean again. Now, as for Byron, he was a hand full. Thought he couldn't be touched. When you called Robin the head corporate lady. He was protected by her. Alot of residence couldn't stand him. Including myself. Some moved off. Others like myself and long living residence are still here. But, Byron is no longer here. Ms. April is the property manager now. So, as for right now I can truly say she is helpful and listen to me, so I'm sure she listens to everyone else on property. I've had a very good experience here and I'm probably will move but I have to say it's not because of break ins or rude neighbors. This place is like the old folks home. QUIET!!!❤❤"

"I’ve lived here for a long time but over the past couple years, it has been unbearable living there. Honest review, The houses were built quickly and I’m assuming cheaply, something breaks and it takes forever to try and fix it. Neighbors here are not very friendly (not all but to the “special cases”), a neighbor threatened to kill my dog and they didn’t face repercussions. This area very often has crime happen often. Lastly, the management is bad, we used to be very civil but after awhile not so much, they would start being rude and condescending. It sucks because we couldn’t do anything about it, when we would complain about neighbors damaging property they would ignore us. I say this because I’m hoping since we left, this place doesn’t become inhabitable.A few good people still live there. If you read this review please re-think moving here, it isn’t a very pleasant experience for a tenant."

"Mr. Byron & Mrs. Kaitlyn is a blessed people, They gave me a chance when no one else would. Now maintenance you half to stay on them when things need to be fixed. As far as "Waterside Court" itself is an amazing place to live quite, where rules are enforced and everyone looks after everyone for you and their safety. I'll be here until they get rid of me lol.."

"When I applied for waterside the manager Byron started off flirting which was uncomfortable than say he will make sure I get approved so he could see me everyday. Took a month for him to call and say I got approved and than waited 2wks before I had to move out my apt and called back saying I didn't get approved because of a mistake my recent apartment leasing office made and she told him it was a mistake. But I believe its because he found out I had a man and he started giving me a very hard time. He is very unprofessional"
