"Property Manager Jennifer is professional and helpful. Maintenance Manager is also very helpful when I have questions about parking. Overall, the apartment complex is well kept. Everyone has a sense of respect and community for one another. I would highly recommend it."

"I’m very impressed with how quickly maintenance responds when a work order is put in, even if it’s not urgent. Office is great. Jennifer is helpful every time I reach out with inquiries. I know there is another lady that works in the office, whom I’ve spoken to once — indeed very helpful. Overall, the staff is lovely and helpful. Unfortunately, there were some issues when we first moved in in May of this year. The biggest issue I’ve encountered is 3 times in 3 months I’ve had a leak in the floor where the AC is at and still, there isn’t an absolute reason what has caused it. My only concern about this maintenance issue is wondering if mold is indeed growing under the floor boards because I have a 3 year old. Another issue that I have is with the onsite laundry machines, which has nothing to due with the complex/maintenance. But it is frustrating how we never know which washing machine is working and which is not. When you don’t know a machine is not working and you end up using that machine, you then waste laundry soap and you had paid to use the machine already. Ofcourse, you can always request for a refund, but it isn’t fun figuring out what machine is operable. In one day I’ve have to go through 3 machines until I finally got to a working one. However, I understand there will always be maintenance issues when living in apartments. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to others. Other than hearing the train go by at night, which surprisingly isn’t as loud as I’d expect, I love that the complex is gated and quiet. When it is time to renew my lease, my family and I do plan on staying and possibly upgrading to a bigger one bed one bath in due time."

"I lived at Candleridge Apartments for 4years before moving out on September 30, 2023. Very quiet and the property stays clean. Ms. Jennifer is the manager for the property and she's very nice, kind, and communicate well concerning any issue at hand. I enjoyed my stay there."
