"Place is an absolute joke. Employees will walk around until there is a line at the counter then slowly come up. Don't go in if you have anywhere to be! 5:45am and not one single breakfast item available."

"If clerks are doing something they will ignore you at the counter. This happened to me more than once so I walked out today and will not go back. Customer service is not a priority here."

"Went there 10 18 2023 at 5 pm no pizzas were made for single servings to grab so I ordered a Taco pizza worst looking pizza ever can't believe I paid for it.. that manager had no type of control people was in there who ordered a pizza over phone and she missed it.. what a horrible caseys.. and manager.."

"Ok...I've been to Casey's stores all up I-70 and 61 and they're pretty predictable. My kids love their taco pizza, but this one was the smallest 'large' I've ever seen at a Caseys and there are hardly any chips on it. I didn't have time to go back in but I was seriously frustrated when I opened this box."

"(Warning, contains graphic content) Restroom toilet seat was covered, on both sides, in smeared feces. I notified the clerk and the reaction was wishy-washy with minimal level of concern. When I mentioned I would have to clean it to use it the clerk stood silent with no reaction. Unfortunately due to the urgency of needing to use it I had to clean up someone else's feces myself. I was handed paper towels and a spray bottle. Disgusting does not begin to express the situation. When the clerk notified the manager, their reaction was 'whatever.' I also tried to get a drink from the soda fountain location and found only small cups available. But, at this point the lack of cup sizes was the least of my concern. In hopes of maintaining my personal safety, I won't be back."
