"Worst apartments ever. The lady Candace who is the manager is rude and miserable. She harasses the tenants and upper management refuses to even contact you back when you report such actions. They have been breaking in cars rapidly, shooting and still nothing is done."

"This community is second to none that I previously lived in. The application process was fast and easy. Ms. Candace took care of me and my wife. She was so sweet and respectful and just a joy to deal with. The apartments are beautiful and brand new no one ever lived in my unit before me. My taste isn’t cheap and they checked off every must have for my family. I love this apartment and won’t be moving anytime soon. Ms. Kesha in the office is also super nice and they make sure that everything gets fixed fast. I for one do not normally like apartments but this gives luxury condo all day, they even let us come to the office and have coffee and tea and hot chocolate. I work from home and I’m in nursing school so that’s major for me and has saved me a lot of money by not going to starbucks"

"The office staff at Cityscape Apartments are professional, approachable and inviting…….aka awesome. I’ve been living here since the beginning, which is more than a year, was glad to have renewed our lease. Candace the property manager does a phenomenal job explaining and assisting with my questions as well as keeping me on task with my move-in checklist once I made a decision. Keshia the current leasing agent that is the first impression when coming into the office is always available to assist if Candace isn’t in the office. The amenities are well maintained, and the maintenance staff is always nice. And I love that we have security on site. They really give “Open door policy” vibes. Keep up the great work!!"

"You can read the detail review at the bottom but the summary is safety zero administration terrible and environment ghetto and weed smell. Only one person who was nice this whole time was Miss Keisha. That's it. Honestly made a mistake living over here. I was here temporarily while I was looking for a house and I was on a month to month lease. Yes did it help me get out of these quickly but when moving out they gave us a huge list of these move out instructions that included carpet cleaning and professional cleaning off the apartment and they wanted receipts for each of them. The cleaning instructions were very specific so I went ahead and did all the cleaning by myself and did it way better dip job than cleaning service when I returned the apartment back. Yes I did use carpet cleaning professional services to help with it. Unfortunately when I got out and I requested my deposit my deposit had a deduction for cleaning fees. I kept on emailing these people again and again and again for weeks on weeks on weeks. Getting to a point that I get an answer that the move out instruction said that you have to provide a receipt for professional cleaning services for the apartment. It is ridiculous. It is plain theft. Additionally, the apartment sucks. It is new apartment, but if you walk outside there is meadow of weed everywhere. There are people sitting on the stairs. It feels like a ghetto inside the apartment complex. It looks nice but I am telling you it feels like a ghetto. Also there is a security problem here. There is theft being in a day out. There is car windows broken. There's suspicious people roaming around and there is no control over security even though there is a cop always going around but there's always something bad going on inside the apartment complex so watch out because it is not safe in that apartment complex."
