"After touring the Encore Montrose apartments, it's evident that the location is the standout feature. Situated in a prime area, it offers convenient access to nearby amenities. However, the building itself is older, and many of the floorplans are oddly shaped, which can be a drawback for those seeking more standard layouts. The pool area does provide a cool view, but unfortunately, the garage doesn't feel secure, which may raise concerns for residents. Additionally, the prices are steep, perhaps due to the sought-after location, despite the minimal amenities offered. While the model apartment showcases some interesting design elements, it also carries outdated touches, which may not appeal to everyone. Ultimately, the Encore Montrose apartments seem to rely heavily on their location, with little else to offer in terms of amenities or modern features."

"Wow, what a great place to live! It's so nice and quiet and the staff takes really good care of the residents. The property has everything you need for good adult living. It's nestled in a quaint little neighborhood next to a great coffee house that brings in a food truck everyday. That's so convenient. Encore Montrose is a great place to live, so come check it out!"

"I have lived here for almost 3 years and this is one of the top apartment complexes in the area. It’s a small quiet complex that is tucked away. The leasing office and management has always been very nice, professional, and helpful. Ashley is the newest manager and has continued the great work as previous managers. Joel and Yesenia are always in a great welcoming mood when you walk in and they make sure your needs are taken care off. The maintenance staff makes sure work orders are done in a timely matter. I highly recommend choosing Encore Montrose as your next home."
