"The team at 2900 West Dallas has made living in Houston a lovely experience! Everyone is so genuinely friendly and helpful. Any worries you come across are handled in a timely manner. The security and amenities of the complex just add onto the benefits of living here. I personally enjoy having a gym, pool, secure gated parking garage, and organized package delivery! The building is located in a very convenient area of downtown; close to most freeways/highways, good restaurants, and parks."

Truly makes you feel at home when they greet you by name and show they care. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to anything that pops up (which thankfully is rare!). "I’ve had a great experience with 2900 west Dallas since the time I toured to when I moved in. The staff is wonderful and more than willing to go above and beyond. I would give a particular shout out to Josh Fitz who is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The manger, Matthew is also always available and very involved in the day to day. I’ve hardly seen a manager this hands on. They truly want to give you the best experience possible. Love the staff at 2900 W Dallas and love the apartments as well."

"I’ve lived at this apartment for about 10 months now and it has been amazing to say the least! From my initial tour here to now living here for almost a year, the staff has always been so friendly. They are very communicative of anything going on within the community. I’ve only had to use maintenance a couple of times, but each time they have been very quick and efficient to fix the issue. The residents are also very friendly and the environment is an overall amazing place. I highly recommend checking out these apartments, you won’t regret it!"
