"I lived in the only studio unit in this small complex. I enjoyed my stay here - it has everything you need if you're looking for a small space (including dishwasher, washer/dryer which is hard to find in studios). It's a quiet street, and the location can't be beat. The downside: being on the first floor I could hear everything going on in my next door/upstairs neighbor's unit. That's to be expected though. Otherwise I would recommend this residence. Landlord super responsive and willing to help out with any issues."
