"Would not recommend they need to be tore down! They remove my review because I provided photos of my apartment flooding every week! Water leaking from light fixtures. Light sockets were sparking! I tried to work something out but they changed ownership 3 times the 2 years I lived there and no help ever! Now I have an eviction from them that I feel I don’t deserve. I have dates and photos of everything!"
"This place needs to be closed down. My mother lives here and it’s a complete mess. Management doesn’t care, she requested maintenance SEVERAL times and got nothing. Disgusting water, mold and roaches all over the place. If I could give them zero stars I would. If you’re looking for a place, SKIP this one. Save your time and money."
"They are trying to charge the whole complex $100 fee a month on rent due to some outlandish reason. They are saying that people have been putting none approved stuff in the toilet drains and it messed up the entire facilities plumbing so they are charging everyone. How are they going to charge everyone even the many who did not contribute to said problem. It sounds like a scam and i have my lawyers already writing up a lawsuit if needed."
"Always been treated well by office staff and are very prompt and quick to resolve any issues. I've been here 7 yrs and just renewed my lease . Thank you La Serena Apts!!!! Hope it keeps improving!"
"Put in multiple maintenance tickets to fix the A/C and heater multiple times but it has not gotten fixed at all!! They were able to fix my hot water after 2 weeks. The windows are basically glued shut so you can't open them. I had to fix my mailbox to lock it. Gunfire every once in a while. The apartment complex is not great as you can tell, it's not even good. It's either a hot box or a freezer depending on the time of day. They could be better, good even. They just aren't on top of their game unfortunately."
