"A wonderful place to call home. Our lease at Camden Townhomes just ended and I cannot say enough things about what a great property this is. The concierge services, the beautiful pools and meticulously maintained grounds all make this the place to live! The leasing staff and management are responsive and attentive to the residents. They have food trucks monthly and other fun activities. The maintenance team here keeps everything in perfect working order in both the common areas and apartment homes. I am thankful for our time here and for having such a sweet group of people taking care of us."

"Our time here is coming to an end, and I cannot say enough great things about this property. We have been in one of the townhomes since November 2022 and it has been a wonderful experience. The leasing staff and management are amazing-especially Hope & Lydia. The backbone of a perfect apartment living experience is the maintenance team, and the crew here are the absolute best. The amenities are kept in perfect condition, the grounds are flawlessly maintained and the service is fantastic. We are relocating to a home in a different area, otherwise we would definitely be renewing our lease. Thank you CHV team for such an incredible time with you."

"I LOVED living here. We lived in this complex for 6 years. First under Fein management and later under Camden. Staff was always courteous and amicable and addressed all problems immediately. Apartments had beautiful views of the Galleria and never ever did we hear noises from neighboring apartments. The location was unbeatable; near Central Market, the Galleria Mall and River Oaks. We always felt secure. We made amazing friends!!! Missing this place soo much!"

"Absolutely love these apartments. The staff is incredible especially maintenance and housekeeping staff. The grounds are gorgeous and it is always so clean. I feel very safe living here and my dog loves the dog park. We will be a long term resident! Definitely worth the price tag."
