"We have been here since Sept of 2022. All in all, it has been a good experience. Maintenance always comes quickly and they are easy to deal with. And we absolutely love the location. Would rate this place 5 stars but the issues with the garage doors (consistently) and the lack of management to fix the entry door to the 11th floor (took a year to get it done) were disappointing. Also, would like for the level 4 outdoor space to get better upkeep. I have recommended the Westcott to several people and will continue to do so."

"Hands down the greatest apartment experience I’ve had in Houston. The staff is so kind and helpful, amenities are top tier, and the apartments are gorgeous! Had we not purchased a home, we’d still be here. Great location with the Memorial Trails literally as your backyard & walking distance to delicious food and amazing gyms like Spar Houston! Highly recommend checking this space out for your new home!"

"I've toured many buildings in Houston and almost none have stood out to me the way the Westcott does. The staff is super welcoming and knowledgeable, the floor plans are unique and truly feel like a home (you have the option of two different finish styles too), and as far as the services they provide to residents - they thought of everything. The application was a breeze and I received follow up instructions from the property within a day. In addition to the gorgeous property itself, the location makes it even better. Direct access to Memorial Park and within walking distance of coffeeshops, restaurants, and nightlife on Washington Avenue."
