"I lived there for two years. After 1 year I moved to another unit due to frequent swage smell in the whole unit. 3 months prior to the end of my lease I communicated by email with the leasing office requesting to extend my lease for additional 2 1/2 months at the same rate ( I was moving out of country). Had several emails from their office staff stating my request was approved by managements. Two months later they emailed me to stop by to sign the lease extension. When I stoped by the office they noticed they had not updated their system with the new move out date and another office staff had pre- leased my apartment and I had to move out. When I declined to move out due to my upcoming overseas move, they threatened me with eviction order. They didn’t even honor the agreed upon rate and charged me the so called going rate plus over $1,200 to fix the nail holes on the wall. ( which I was never charged by other apartments that I lived in). It was extremely stressful. I don’t think even low incoming housing treat their tenants the way they treated me. I DO NOT recommend living there…also as other reviewers mentioned there were constant Maintenance issues."

"When I first moved here a hear ago things were good a lot has changed and has gone down hill. Just know concierge no longer deliver packages you have to get them valet is not 24 hours and keys are left on top of the valet booth for people to grab luckily that has not happen. I own restaurants and I travel a lot so I’m not home a lot. No patrol but when they do hire them they let anyone go up. They are trying to cut down on expenses for this to be considered a luxury property. I found these black bugs around my apartment and pest control said it’s from the patio although I don’t keep my patio door open. This is an ongoing problem and no one can explain. Water always out with its it’s cold like under 50 degrees outside or elevator is always down. The water does not stay hot long after 15 minutes it gets cold they try to fixed it it still happening soon I will get an attorney and get out my lease this is not luxury living at all for the price of the rent."

"Overall, 2929 is home. The staff is great and with as many units 2929 have, staff knows you by name. I would like to see circuit training that targets every single muscle group in the gym but what 2929 has, is good too."

"So far so good. Overall, the entire staff is friendly, professional, helpful and attentive. Most are also humorous. The concierge staff is most awesome. There is plenty of parking and some of the residents are friendly. There are some improvements I would like to see. However, I will not comment unless it becomes a trend."

"Great building and staff is always helpful. Great view and the have an awesome Japanese steakhouse on the 1st floor called Roka Akor."
