After living here for a few months they continue to go above & beyond. The building itself is always clean, amenities are amazing, the area is quiet & I always feel safe. Maintenance requests (while I’ve only had one or two) are always handled quickly. I could go on about this place but if you’re looking for somewhere in Rice Military/Houston living here has been 10/10!"

"Toured this property today with the assistant manager Blaine. I walked in with no appointment and he promptly assisted me. The building was immaculately clean and when we passed residents, he even knew their name. He was dressed nice and was very professional. These apartments are wood based instead of cement, but they feel very luxury and not cheap. Walking through the complex you can tell they make sure they keep everything up to date and tidy. The 4th floor has beautiful 12 foot ceilings which was the selling point for me. They also have the cheapest resident service fees of all the Morgan group properties I had toured and they have the highest reviews of any of them."

"Quiet and friendly oasis in Houston. Very responsive and kind office team. State of the art and maintained amenities. We love this place. Great for young families and the nearby elementary school is amazing with our daughter. Commutable to downtown, the library and Houston health center. Around the corner from Memorial and Buffalo Bayou parks to run, bike, walk, hike and picnic. What more can you want?"
