I had bugs and insect living with me for weeks and still one of those come back every other day. If you want to have peace and harmony in you daily basis. Dont even ask for a quote here."

"The apartments themselves aren’t bad… the office staff is incompetent!! Starting from the manager Ashley all the way down to her pion minions like Leslie!! They are very unprofessional, clueless,and no help at all! They don’t keep accurate rent records and the “ONLY” time you can be 100% sure any of them is lying …is if their “mouths are moving”!! I have been trying to get my hot water and stove fixed for over 2 months. They keep telling me lies oh a hr, he’s on his way,and he never comes. If you are looking for a apt.. this is not the place for you…once my lease is up I’m cutting bait and running (only saving grace ) is I pay $150 less than what they are trying to rent my apt LMMAO"

"Don't not believe in the pictures you see online... These apartments are TRASH.... New management don't fix nothing.. Now they want all your packages to go in there offices but never sent out ONE LETTER, EMAIL NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL SAYING THEY CHANGED THE RULES OF YOUR MAIL.... If it wasn't for me tracking my packages I'll never would have known.... Grass gets cut rarely and when it do get cut, they leave GRASS/WET GRASS ALL ON THE WALK WAY AND NEVER EVER CLEAN IT UP..... THE TRASH IS ALWAYS FULL WITH SO MANY DIFFERENT SPECIES, NEVER FIX NOTHING IN YOUR APARTMENT,,, ONLY THING THEY WILL FIX IS THE OFFICE WHERE THEY BE AT.... IF ANYONE WANT TO SEE,, PLEASE JUST PULL UP AND LOOK AT THE FRONT OF THE APARTMENTS... NOW JUST IMAGINE THE BACK OF THE APARTMENTS... Look at raccoons trying to get in this old lady window.... Look at the trash by an empty apartment... Trash been there for a week now... Neighbors moved and look at all they friends RATS came to my apartment... Called the office since I pay for pest with my rent,, BUT THEY NEVER EVER CAME OFFICE NEVER EVER DID ANYTHING.,..I HAD TO PAY FOR PEST CONTROL OUT OF MY OWN POCKET.... CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP....((((DO NOT MOVE HERE)))"

"My mother has lived here for years and new management has had these dumpsters for weeks surrounded by flies. We have seen vultures, buzzards, raccoons, feral cats, and rats lurking around them. Multiple electricity boxes with no covers with children playing close by. Mailboxes broken and multiple residents have complained. NO ACTION TAKEN."
