"The communication was bad, 20 hrs without water is unacceptable. Only 3 notices 8p.m., 10a.m., and 3:27p.m. unable to complete my task for that day. I know it had to get the problem solved, poor updates."

"Animals scratching in the ceiling all night, pest control came and said they can't go into attic per management. Have been trying to get someone to replace my ceiling fan for 15 months. Dryer hasn't worked for weeks and maintenance has not shown up to fix it despite multiple requests. Took off from work to be home because they said they would show up nobody shows up. (surprise!) Landscaping cuts the dirt 3 times a week, there is no grass then finishes by blowing as much dirt as possible onto your car. No security, gates have been broken for the last 6 months or so. The office is closed more than it's open there's always a sign saying to back later. We're still being charged for amenities that aren't available see the multiple other reviews about that. Not very happy with this complex, it's overpriced for the neighborhood and the lack of amenities."

"Where do I start I wish mr Fred was still here atleast things made some since Christina isn't bad bad but the constant trying to get her to unlock my rent portal so I don't get charged a fee for using my bank account is getting tiresome espionage because you can go there anytime and the office is closed literally I have to pray to God they open to get a package I ordered because someone broke into the room and stile packages and they stole it at the doors as well I have kids so the kids playing in the parking lot I can handle because we're else they gonna play the mud cause there is literally no grass they mow all day everyday and blown the dirt on my car I just washed I get changea fee for amenities which would be OK if we had them someone stole the weights in the gym and it was closed for the longest then re opened and closed again due to what they say teens kissing in there so now I have a extra bill called 24 hour fitness the pool opened when Christina first got here cause it was closed but you bet yes it closed again to so why is there an amenities fee on my rent and it ain't a small charge also why I been saying I need pest control since move in in 2022 yet no one had come and the charger for that to I had to pay a friend to spray for me thank God atleast that worked I know houston floods but when it rains this place turns in.to a mud community no grass at all and you can just say we have no gate been here two years going on three and it has never worked for more than a week electric is a huge problem here on storm and it's over and I mean a baby rainfall not a hurricane a drop of rain and it's lights out they will send you 10 text and emails a day talking about violations about dog poop wild animals parking crime and more I've seen personally pitbulls people have Rottweiler German Shepard wild animals and more nothing is done I could've move to third ward or the Southside with a better price instead of paying 1600 for this im definitely not reunion in 2024"

"Don't move here this place is tragic. They charge for amenities and they do not even be open or work most of the time. I just came to the office to get a package and peep the time in the photo it's not even 4 pm and the office is closed. Lights out and none of the employees cars are here. They are never in the office, but the packages are locked in there. The sign indicates they will be back tomorrow. This happens everyday it seems. Worst place to live!"

"First, let me preface this bad rating by saying the property management is excellent. Outside of taking almost a year to pull down a piece of paper taped to my outdoor window that was unreachable without a ladder, they have adequately addressed 9 out of 10 of my requests. And they finally did it! My horrible rating has more to do with the decline of our community in the year I have lived here. The crime in our community is horrible. There was a shooting two doors down from me. Our mail storage was broken into and my package was stolen. This triggered us no longer being able to retrieve our own packages. Then, there has been lots of broken glass near our vehicle exit where residents or their guests just broke a lot of glass one night. The icing on the cake was just recently, the second week of December 2023, someone literally destroyed our gate intercom access box and broke into the leasing office. Which I don’t know why they broke it because the gate was broken most of the time anyway. The leasing office is boarded up now. (See pics below) It’s so sad. If they’ll break into the leasing office, they’ll break into your home. Thank God, our private garages provide us some level of protection, but the only guaranteed protection I feel I have now is God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, and their host of angels. By God’s grace, I’m NOT renewing in 2024. If you are considering this place, it’s a good value, but beware of the community crime."
