"This place is the dump my grand mother and uncle lived there my Uncle live there for 5 months no a/c his front door never looks the toilet doesn't flush my grand mother lived in her car more than the apartment the place was so disgusting we wouldn't even visit because it's nasty and disgusting and the even have the nerve to evitct them for non payment of rent when immigration or ice needs to invade this whole apartment complex. Too much fraud stealing and nastiness in that bayou oaks"

"This is by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had with moving into a new home! The apartment manager is very unprofessional for starters! My apartment was not ready on my move in date and they refuse to accommodate my kids and I in any type of way! This lady called me on Christmas Eve to sign my lease when my actual move in date was the 29th. On the 29th the apartment wasn’t even ready! The apartment manager acts like she doesn’t know anything about the apartment complex and does not take responsibility for anything! She has very poor communication skills and a very bad Attitude! Don’t move here!!!!! This was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made! They take your money and run with it!! AND ALSO, NOBODY SPEAKS PROPER ENGLISH!!"

"They didn’t have my apartment ready after 3 in a half ways and the lady in the office said it was ready, we had to do a walk thur without lights and we moved in and found out a lot, the apartment as black mold all though the ac unit, the tub/shower is nasty and dirty there are holes in the wall where the rats can come though, no ac at all and more. We have been with out all of this and more since we moved in and the lady keep saying they are going to fix it today and they don’t come but when they do they only fix one thing or half way fix it and on top of all of that we don’t have no smoke Detectors"
