"The manager is trash !!! Straight up . Told them about light on the third floor being off never did they fixed it. Water always shutting off at all times. They answer whenever they want always not having a real answer to the water problems or fixing the lights. Do not move in here !!! Whenever you report ac problems it’s not important they don’t care."

"I’ve been living here since February 2023 my car got broken into I have windows leaking in my living room getting my carpet soaking wet every time that it rains, they refuse to fix the leak that started in my restroom leading up to my master closet causing my baseboards and all my belongings getting wet this is insane Update it’s been a week and they still haven’t done anything about the complaints that have been made !"

"First of all, I am disappointed with the level of disrespect I just received from your site. I called on March 10, 2023 at 3:52p.m. I called inquiring about an apartment available to lease in April. I also had questions regarding policy because I have an emotional support pet. The person on the other end snapped at me. I told her she doesn't have to be snappy I was new to support pet information. She kept telling me that my pet needed to be registered with support pets and have an ID. That's the first I'd ever heard of that, so I told her that my psychiatric team approved me and where would I get one. She continued with the disrespect and that's when I informed her of her snappyness. She said , We don't want people like you living here." and hug up in my face. I called back and told her that she had a nasty attitude. She told me to have a good day and hung up again. I am appalled at her behavior towards an individual with disabilities. I wouldn't want to rent there either. Please...reprimand her or educate your staff on great customer service."
