"This apartments are actually nicer than they look, but their leasing office is a mess. I tried moving here and unfortunately wasn’t approved, they took application fee and deposit when applying and upon not being approved their supposed to refund the deposit. I put my application on April 15, and it’s now June 14 and still haven’t got my deposit back. Leasing office will give you all kind of excuses and now it’s at the point where I’ll have to contact their management company because it’s ridiculous that they can get away with this."

"floor plans are nice but service is not good. and they do not do repairs in a timely manner.. it took three months for them to come see about my water temperature only to mess up the water pressure. and that's only one service order, I had six.. still waiting"
