"These people are unprofessional, never at the leasing office, won’t answer their phone & don’t have a website! It is 94 degrees outside & I’ve been trying to avoid late fees because after the 3rd they charge late fees. Closed sign has been the same since Saturday & still no one has answered the door! The swimming pool has not been open and their rates are extremely high! Do no not come live here or try to get approved management is horrible!!! I am not the only one you can see from the reflection of the door & that is just a part of the residents wtg to pay rent! The others are sitting under shade off to the side entrance! Extremely poor customer service!"

"I’ve been staying in this apartment for 2 years now. I renew my lease every after year. Every time I renew my lease, the rent increases to $35.00 ($960.00 per month) and office people have always sent me written notice 60 days prior to renew lease along with rent amount for year 2022. This year nobody send me written notice (where contract says that the resident should be notified 60 days prior before lease expires) to renew my lease mentioning the rent amount, even after asking Maritza so many times and going to the office. 2 days ago my husband had went to the office again to ask about the rent and she said that the rent had been increased to $179.00 (where the rent will be $1139.00 per month which is more than 10%) as per market price. I am already the resident of Brittmore apartment and I really don’t understand how the new market price applies to current resident. I know one more family staying in apartment for 10 years now, their apartment is same as mine (2 bedroom and 2 bath/same sqft) and their rent is still $1000.00 even after they renew lease, how is that possible? Maritza been always rude to me and she never answers calls. It’s been 3 days now had given job order for the leakage of water in kitchen, she never sent anyone to fix it. I wish Samantha was still working here as she was really a responsible person. It would be great if corporate office or area manager try to sought this out."

"I am current resident of Brittmore Apartment (living in apt 205). After signing the lease, when I entered the apartment the floor had lots of holes. The same was notified to Maritza and she had promised me to fix it within some days. It’s been 3 months now, she never sent anyone to fix it even after visiting office so many times and now she is telling me to polish the floor by myself. How she expect me to fix it when it was not done by me. Today I had went in the office in the morning to complain about the electric sockets in the kitchen and living room are not working. I found the office closed. At first, the notice board said that the office will be open at 12:30pm. when I went second time in the office, notice board says that the office will be open at 1:30pm. It looks like office people are playing with their residents. The office staff should notified their residents about their lunch timings. I had to call office so many times, after 2 hours Wendy received my call. I told Wendy that my electric sockets are not working and my fish may die, if she can send someone to fix it. She said to have patience and she will soon send someone to fix it. She never sent anyone. Half of my fish dead and I also couldn’t save them because I was at work. Office staff is very irresponsible, they never answer calls and poor maintenance work. I kindly request corporate to take action regarding the same."
