"My grandmother has lived in these apartments for going on 9 years now and has never had an issue until now. She recently had surgery and was getting food delivered to her, in the time it took to drop off the food and walk back to the car, the car had been towed. Seniors live here and there are people coming and going all day long. I understand enforcing parking rules at night to ensure available parking for residents, but during the day and for literally maybe 5-10 min is absolutely mind blowing! If visitor parking is so important they should add a few spots around the property not just along one building!"
"Property is declining every so often new management staff is brought in when the original staff /company moves on. Security gates are left open residents are allowed to have small children and relatives move in children are allowed to run the hallways screaming and playing knock and run at all hours. I personally have seen cars with three bullet holes in them. Resident parking areas are frequently filled with non residents cars without parking stickers under covered areas. Visitors should / must be parked outside gates, near the office and mail boxes. Stones around walk in gates must be removed as these stones are used to prop open gates for non residents to enter as they see fit presenting security risks automobile gates are frequently broken by visitors standing on chains breaking the chains or motors. One auto entrance has been broken for over TEN YEARS and can only be used as an exit! Cameras as inexpensive as they are must be installed on the two only auto gates to monitor vehicle coming and goings for the security of residents and the property. Security (camera) must be installed for the gate behind pedestrian the office near the mail boxes where the gate is propped open by the large river stones allowing unfettered access at all hours. Removing those stones will increase security and non residents 24 hours access. These people wait for people to enter or leave and pile the stones up. A lady was robbed a few years ago near the elevators on a Sunday evening after the gates was opened and the pedestrian gate was propped open. The old flower bed should’ve been cemented over instead of the river stones replacing the flowers. Cameras and upgraded enhanced security upgrades will only to reduce the breakins and robberies that have plagued the property and residents."
"Excellent staff maintenance is top notch. If I call with a issue the maintenance manager is knocking on my door usually in ten minutes!"
"Maintenance is terrible and the management is very poor. I have lived here over 14 years and one must be careful because Laura Lindsey claims that she doesn't accept month to month after you complete a year. She is locking senior citizens into signing year long least some after another. Laura and Sharon have their pick a and are allowing anyone to rent here when it is suppose to be apartments for seniors. It is now dangerous to walk around here."
