"I have been living there for couple months now.714 All staff ( From manager to maintenance) are very friendly and carrying. 5 stars. Tenants are welcoming and loving. Wonderful place to call home."

"Lived here 2016-2019 and it was the absolute worst. Was gone for the weekend and came back to hot water spewing from my sink and flooded apartment. They half way mopped it up and put a tiny broken fan to "dry it up". They hid mail from the court and evicted me. They were absolutely shady and crooked. Not to mention someone was killed right in the complex, an they did nothing but send out a paper. There are roaches, and I regularly saw a parent outside pick through her daughters hair for lice. Hopefully all the old management was fired. I doubt this place can get better when there are roaches and mice. They sometimes work with you for late payment, but still not a favorable place if you are struggling. I had a gun pulled on me near the elementary school at night."

"I moved here when I had no other option. I have hated living here since being at Ashley Square and now at Windswept Gardens. In Ashley Square I had a constant drip from my AC unit INTO my apartment. The apartment management and employees employed by Creative Management Property advised me it was because I used the Air conditioner. It created a mold issue in my closet and they painted over it. I ended up getting bedbugs horribly. I never have guests over or other people in my home and my job never had them so they were there upon my move in. I had mice for years catching at least 10 a day on sticky traps, provided by management, in lieu of actual pest control. I also had gnats constantly in my drains no matter how much cleaning supplies I put down there. Now I was offered a townhome in Windswept thinking things would be different as I would be right by the office. My dishwasher hasnt worked since December, after numerous complaints. Before moving i cleaned and dried all clothing or cloth related items from my old home and threw away furniture books and beds and didn't keep anything. Other than clothes... So everything was ok the first night. Then the mice came. They eat through the walls. The office gives you sticky traps for pest control, still. The roaches are everywhere. Then the property decides to spend money on new water effecient toilets and now i am seeing bedbugs again. Do not move into this property. They charge for parking thats never available and they never give you a bill for it. I think they are pocketing it. And they are all around crooked. I am currently looking for a renters rights attorney. If you know some please feel free to let me know. :-)"

"lived here in 2016. had a studio, the layout was cute but there was roaches and mice/rats the entire time i was there. don't live here, fo' real! my parking space was right next to the leasing office.went out of town, got my car broken into, they couldn't let me see surveillance without a Police Report. It just sucked all together, the only cool part was the walking distance flea market"

"This place was really creepy and run down- the pictures on line are not true to life. I showed up during office hours and the office door was locked. I stood there really confused until the lady came back from taking someone to see one of the apartments. Bad sign if they only have one person on staff at a time. The road is really bad here, and there are a lot of really bad drivers. There is a flea market next door, which looked kind of fun, but traffic on the weekends is probably a nightmare."
