"Gia 3 management is terrible. I have been having a problem with hot water in my unit for 2+ months and the issue still has not been fixed. One excuse after another. Our 6 year old son often has to take cold showers, shivering and crying with his lips turning blue. My complaints were not even taken seriously until another unit complained a month after I did. The answer is always "we have to get corporate involved." Then nothing. When I ask questions or complain about how long it's taking to get fixed I am told I am being rude and get hung up on. Do not rent here! They care nothing for their tenants!"

She made sure I was able to see a unit during all this caous we're all going through. Answered all my questions with patience and understanding.
