"If you want roaches the size of your fingers crawling on you at night this is the place for you! They will sell you the place by saying they have pest control that comes and sprays the apartments down ONCE a week but that does NOTHING. It's nothing they can do this complex is rat and roach infested. Also, I've lived here for 2 years and I've NEVER seen the pool cleaned. They spend the bare minimum maintaining the complex but hit residence with so many charges and rules its crazy. Parking use to be free, but now every spot is numbered/reserved and for a complex with over 100 residence, they only have 10 visitors parking spaces. The management is EXTREMELY disrespectful and sarcastic. I put in a maintenance order for my A/C to be fixed months ago, they cleared my request on their maintenance portal saying "they're waiting for a piece of equipment" to help fix the issue, my A/C STILL HASN'T BEEN FIXED and this was 2 months ago. In 100 degree weather and I have children. I'm telling you, this is not the place you want to live, just try to pay a little more a month and find a place that is clean and respectable. My car has been broken TWICE into and wrongfully towed out of the parking lot. (& everything I am writing is TRUE so management please do not comment on this review saying "we are working as a staff to make the community better" because you're not. Just stalling into another management company buys you all out and it becomes their problem."

"Lived here for a lot of time and their is so much bad stuff here.First rats I've had to put tons of sticky tapes for the rats in this place.Number two half of the door locks in here don't even work and even if you reserve a spot in the parking lot they don't do anything.Third the outside is very bad mostly because all of the people just put their animals out and never bring them in their places but also it stinks."

"Office staff have horrible attitudes about any and everything. Cockroaches and mice invade apartments all of the time. Maintenance problems are NOT resolved quickly at all, don’t ever expect help from them if something is broken, you’re better off fixing it yourself. When new management company took over, tenants started getting charged for trash pick up and I have no idea when the trash is actually picked up because the dumpsters are constantly overflowing, it’s disgusting. The gates are left wide open every day and night, so there is no security. It’s just a dump with new coats of paint."
