The management group have made it very easy to feel at home , espically Mayra. She made the whole transition of moving convient and smooth. With large floor plans and a management group that goes above and beyond. Highly recommend checking out the place."

"I live here for 4 years, and I'm glad that I'm going to move out from this ghetto apartment complex next month. Pros: Close to chinatown and little saigon (As an Asian resident, it's the solo advantage to live here) Cons: 1. Rats, roaches, stray cats and cicadas (cicadas autumn only) everywhere 2. Too many low-class residents and their descendants: Playing loud music at midnight and in the early morning, dumping and tossing garbage at the corridor, pissing at the stairs and hallway, knocking other people's door for fun 3. Rampant criminal: Gunshot happens very often, drug dealers sell drug every night and porch privates steal packages 4. Low efficient maintenance"

"I wouldn’t recommend for nobody to move here i moved in the stove, heat didn’t work and it took them a month to fix it. Went back home for my grandmother’s funeral and was stuck back home for two weeks i call and let them know im be late on rent i get back home and i have a eviction notice taped to my door. The whole building is full of rats the stairway smells like urine. The cops stay here more then anything they might as well pay rent .Please stay away from here at all cost this was the worst place I’ve rented from.they just need to be shut down asap."

"Came to pick up something from a friend and was totally profiled . Management was totally unprofessional as I truly tried to understand. The security has no weapon tact. You do not walk up to someone hand on weapon. Regardless of what you think you can’t say what someone is doing or not doing. Also no corporate number to reach which means they just get away with bad skills. With that said I do understand trying to have your people back but as an older professional myself just horrible how they handled the situation. Truly seen sweats and locs and figures I was young stupid and unprofessional. If I did anything wrong why would I walk to the leasing office to talk to management."
