"Went thru the drive thru at 7:05 pm on 11/4/23. Young lady taking my payment and handing me my food said nothing the entire time---literally not one word. No "thank you", "here's your card back", "can i get you anything else?"..... Nothing. She either needs retrained, reassigned to not interact with customers, or a different job entirely."

"They are really quick and efficient. Arbys has always been a little more expensive than some of the other fast food chains. I wish they'd bring back the boneless BBQ chicken wings. They were awesome. The indoor dining room has been closed for most of the past 2 years."
