Park at Fallbrook

"Horrible! Lived here for 3 years and from the beginning it was a bad experience. Told me I was approved then new. Management came in and made me redo the whole process including the fees all over. At first it was calm etc .. after 2 years there were multiple murders on property. Drugs on property. Office Manager was dating a leasing agent and stole multiple people's money orders and then tried to evict us (all of us who kept our receipts won that battle). During this I looked at my file and saw how thin it was (I have 5 kids and they had copies of all of our birth cert, SS , ID's (mine and 18 yo son), etc... and somehow they "dk what happened to them". Later found out the duo were stealing many residents personal info. Also, pipes busted, flooded our apt and they did nothing. It was a Friday and they SD my building s residents needed to wait till Monday. Ended up losing items to water damage (thank God for property insurance) and coming out of pocket for a hotel. Mold.... 16 now has seizures because she was subjected to it ... Only move there if you are desperate."

"The park at fallbrook is a very nice property. Nice and clean, the pool is very well maintained the grounds are kept clean. Mr hector is a great maintenance man. Always gives 100%"

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The apartments are nice and spacious but they never fix anything. The staff always has a nasty attitude. The apartment it selfs STAYS TRASHY. Trash be EVERYWHERE. I’m currently waiting to move as we speak because my door is doesn’t latch correct and when I inform the front office their response was they don’t know when someone can come because that’s not deemed an emergency. Not to mention they can never keep employees. It’s always someone new. The last employee got arrested for fraud. Brittany ALWAYS HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE. And never seems to care about her job. She really needs to be replaced if she not gone tend to the residents request. I’m currently taking realtor classes and how they are acting in that front office is very unprofessional and unethical. IF ITS THE LAST RESORT THEN YEAH OTHER THEN THAT I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL."

"Do not recommend, it takes them a while to fix things and the staff will always have an attitude when ask for help. And also not to mention that the last manager we had was arrest for fraud. That should tell you how this place is. Apart from that one of the staff workers also threatened to physically hurt my father when he believed he hit his car and when ask for prove, since there are cameras, he refused."
