Melrose Apartments

"Actual reality of living at this apartment complex. (Picture below) Half way through my lease, the next 6 months can’t come any faster. Still haven’t received the “smart home package” which was supposed to be the month of me moving in, I had asked for pest control about 3 months ago, still never received that so I paid out of pocket myself for that, and apartment still has that lingering cat pee odor. I would recommend using Smart City Locating to help find you your apartment, their services are FREE and you work with a realtor that helps you get good deals and apartments that fit what you ate looking for."

"The goggle reviews got me too…. You think a place rated over 4 stars would be amazing to live at, well I’m here to tell you to not make the same mistake I did. The pictures online are nothing what these apartments look like in person, so please tour if you’re thinking about renting here. But also, don’t rent here, for many reasons… I’ll name a few. This “Andrea” person that people speak highly of, is HORRIBLE. There’s a roach infestation in these apartments & instead of her doing her job & taking care of her tenants, she says “what do you want us to do about it.” Also, maintenance doesn’t spray for roaches when they say they do. So this problem persists. These apartments are also EXTREMELY expensive for what you get… should not be priced over $850/month. There’s 3 homeless people “homes” set up right outside of the gate of the apartment complex entry. The gate that’s supposed to be “closed at all times” is open 24/7 due to whatever reason that management wants to be lazy & not fix the gate. Don’t even get me started about the “fees” you have to pay for trash & your trash isn’t taken out. Save your time & energy & shop elsewhere. If I knew what I knew before I moved in, I wouldn’t live here currently."
