"This place is the worst. They took down my post after all. Well it doesn't matter just don't move here. They lie through there teeth and have a major roach problem. But I didn't get really sick until the black mold in my vent was being dumped onto me and was hospitalized for 2 days. I had to break lease and run. But that didnt stop them from harassing me and kept hitting me up for money even though I kept asking how much would be owed so I could pay the full balance and just leave. Trust me when I say you will regret every minute you live in this septic take they call an apartment"

"My leasing experience with Luis and Anna was quick and painless. I applied online on a Friday and was approved by the following Monday. Luis and Anna were in constant contact with me during the entire process and answered all of my questions I was able to view the exact unit that I would be moving into with Anna, she was very professional and polite. The property was clean and well kept and the security gates were working properly. Although the apartment wasn't ready for move-in , it was very clean and I have no complaints. Luis and Anna, thank you both for everything!"

"Probably the wost-run apartment I've lived in and I've lived in a few. The dumpsters have overflowed and piles of trash sat stacked at head height for weeks. The amenities residents pay for are non-functional and just another way to squeeze $ while providing no actual value. The gym has no air conditioning so it's basically a small greenhouse where you can go to catch a heat stroke. The mandatory "trash valet" that everyone has to pay extra for does not operate on weekends or if it's raining --you know... the only times a working person would actually be willing to pay someone else to take out their garbage. Not sure if the pool will ever actually be open. A lot of the patio areas are crumbling. The fence has about a half dozen breaches so randos go picking through the dumpsters at night and leave a nasty mess all around it. We get weekly messages about cleaning up after our dogs ost still don't) but all the off-leash pitbulls roaming the place don't seem to warrant attention. And there is nobody, ever, in the office or answering the phone to address all these issues. Just giving that second star because the interior layouts are nice and the (very understaffed) maintenance crew is courteous."
