"These have been the worst apartments my family and I have ever lived in, and frankly we have only stayed because the surrounding area is nice. The owners have no sense of accountability when it comes to issues about the tenants apartment/s. We have complained several times about issues within our unit and we always get ignored. The son of the owner is a imbecile and hides behind his mom and threatens the tenants that he will call his mom (the owner) when things don't go their way. When we have an issue we have to wait for the manager to be in her unit, and she is only in her unit for two-three days out of the month and the rest of the month she leaves to Mexico and only comes back to Houston to charge rent. If we have an issue when she is not here, we will call her and she will tell us that it is not her problem because she is not in Houston. They need to hire someone that has the right state of mind and is capable of being a good property manager, instead of having someone that does not care. They up the rent charge every six months as if the nasty, old, rat/roach, bugs, old infested apartment's were actually worth it. Beware because they will also share your personal information and open your apartment without your consent, acknowledgment and any warning while you are not present. They also hire random people to do their mediocre "maintenance" work and allow them into your home when there is only a minor inside with no adult present. If you are looking into renting here, please look elsewhere and avoid the hassle with these ignorant and arrogant people."

"Office is in apartment number 3, be sure to wear a mask. My only other option so far has been the londale downtown. I love the exposed brick wall in the available unit, and the closets are very big. I am really wanting to rent here. I will update my stars if I'm able to."

"You get what you pay for. Apartments are old but cheap(pro for some of us).Very mild problem with roaches and like any other apartment you’re going to have problems here and there. The complex doesn’t have very many units so we all know each other. Great community where kids are still normal and go outside to play with neighbors. My family and I have lived here for about 7 years and without a doubt it’s a great place to live."

"Who in their right minds would rate these apartments 1 star!? The apartments are prestine and immaculate inside and out. They rent to anyone so if you have bad credit you have came to the right apartments :). The manager didn't speak English and I dont think she had papers either but that's ok because it's 2018. Over all if i could just make a complaint/ review on these apartments they would always get 5 DAMN STARS!"
