"This is sooo sad. On September 15, 2023, 1 received an email (below) from one of the property agents (Malaja Brewton) who gave me a tour of the property. I'm so glad I didn't lease from this place and I advise you to do the same. Horrible smh. “If you can RUN while you can, Do IT! Don't apply here or renew at this place!! It's infested with roaches too much crime, cars constantly broken into! Property is up for sale! If you place a work order they wont even make efforts to fix your requests in a timely fashion... Parcel lockers always has issues, you wont even receive gate fobs at move to access gates or amenities! Apply elsewhere!! Plus its a gated community and the gates always are broken. The pipes are always flooded and your apartment just might have mold in it !!! DON'T Apply!!!!”"

"Honestly if I could give this place no stars I would. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I can’t move out but if I could I would. The hallways are disgusting even though the office claims to have power washed. The only floor that got cleaned was the first floor. Crime is at an all time high. Don’t feel safe coming home anymore. At least once or twice a week I’ve had someone try to get into my apartment. Seems like crime is higher in the mornings. And most recently the mailboxes were vandalized. Here’s the thing, if there’s so much crime HIRE security! I’ve lived here for about 2 years now and I am in the smallest 1 bedroom and pay 1500$! For this price I shouldn’t have to cover my nose going up the stairs because of the smell of urine. The stairs closest to the office smell awful. The elevator smells like smoke and is always dirty. The noise is crazy! I’ve put in complaint and called the police on how loud people are during the week and nothing is ever done. People who live here don’t clean up after their pets and there’s poop EVERYWHERE. An email is sent out every now and then about it but nothing changes. In the time I’ve lived here they’ve changed name and management about 4 times. The prices should not be this high for the quality of these apartments"

"I just moved in one night, and got flea bites on all my body!! I decided to stay at hotel until the property manager find solution for this. The told me all hotel costs will go to myself! Are anyone will stay there wait to get bites? Very unreliable apartment to stay. Don’t believe they will give any gift card, once you sign the contract you will be the fish! No refund admin fee application fee, no refund. The property manager Elaine, she said 5 of her guys inspected this apartment, I got bite, it just because I got this from somewhere else. They called pest control 2 times after this, they should leave it alone, right? They all inspected. She also said I have to learn how to understand English. Thank you for your advise, but it is very improperly spoke this from your mouth. Be aware from this property, the rental office looks very nice at the beginning."

"I moved here yesterday 05/31/22 to be close to family in order to get help with my daughter but To my surprise on the first day, I found trash all around at the back of the building. I was so embarrassed because my sister was with me. She was like “ you should have stay at your old apartment because there it was always clean.” Even the movers were asking why are you leaving that nice apartment in cypress to come here. Please let’s do better. This is a big apartment that is across a major road and the inside is trash, is not a good look. I never thought I will give a review the first day. I will attach the pictures. I regret moving coz I like a clean place. I will speak with Miss Tiyanna in tomorrow after work ."

"This complex is absolutely terrible and the management is even worse. There is always trash everywhere, loud parties that happen late at night in the courtyard, and the management never does anything about it. They have since claimed that they will fine people who are at the pool after 10, but not sure how that could happen if they don’t have anyone checking. Currently there are people partying incredibly loud at the pool with no regard for other residents and the only option seemingly left is to call the cops. Why is that the only option? Why is management not more on top of this to protect residents from this happening again and again? And when rent is being raised on top of that, why should anyone want to live here? I’d give this place zero stars if I could."
