"If you want to move into this apartment, add an additional $200 to your monthly payment. Workers are not doing their job properly, they just lie to dismiss you. They will resort to scamming whenever they find an opportunity. The combined cost of water and sewer is approximately 90 dollars. Avoid making large deposits for your apartment because there's a high possibility they won't be returned. I hope that money leads them to a miserable life."

"Providence Uptown Apartments have been going through a major decline since TAM Management took over. One of the major issues is that car break-ins and wheel theft have become an everyday occurrence. This wasn't the case before the new management stepped in. Furthermore, TAM Management has partnered with a corrupt towing company and incorporated shady policies related to guest and visitor parking. Another significant problem is the lack of security personnel on-site. Under the old management, regular security personnel were available which ensured safety in the complex. The hallways in the complex are always dirty, and this issue has not been taken care of by the new management. Under the old management, there would be frequent cleaning throughout the complex. Maintenance work in the complex has been poor under TAM Management. Work is often left incomplete or in worse condition than before. Finally, the website and rent payment options have taken a complete downturn under TAM Management. The old management's resident portal was much more useful and user-friendly. Instead, the new management spams residents with shady rental payment options. NOTE: TAM Management: Please do not ask residents to contact you in the office to discuss problems that you are already aware of. **** UPDATE: March 17, 2023 **** TAM Management has unsurprisingly left a comment requesting residents to contact them in the office to discuss the issues, conveniently omitting the major problem of car break-ins and wheel theft. Residents have already raised concerns, so it is now up to TAM Management to take action and resolve these problems. **** UPDATE: March 30, 2023 **** More wheel thefts and car break-ins, animal feces in hallways, and deteriorating garage (literally a developing hole in the garage structure that could be a safety hazard) and still management has not taken a single step to address these. On the contrary, they are still shamelessly replying to reviews here asking to "TALK"! **** UPDATE: June 25, 2023 **** Yet another car wheels and tires theft. NOTE FOR TAM MANAGEMENT: Residents have already contacted marketing and spoken to management, but no positive action has been taken. While theft incidents can occur anywhere, it raises concerns when such incidents increase significantly after new management takes over. Unfortunately, the apartment complex’s condition has worsened under TAM Management, leaving affected individuals to handle the consequences on their own. Management: Avery and Taylor were the only ones who were easy to approach. Brad was especially rude and inconsiderate. **** 2024 **** New manager Kevin is completely absent and his only focus seems to be extorting residents with bogus charges. Dirty hallways, broken gates, overflowing trash, trash chutes not operational, degrading parking garage with holes developing in the ramps, garage that is looking like a junkyard etc. Don't fall for the fake positive reviews posted / coerced by the management! 2/28/2024 - fake/coerced reviews still being posted by the incompetent management."

"Lived here for almost two years and I can agree with a lot of the reviews. Emails go unanswered and they need to take better care of the complex in terms of keeping it clean. The apartments are carpeted but you can still hear everything from the person above you. It’s unfortunate because the leasing agents are really nice. The apartment is under new management again and they charge random and inconsistent fees."

"THIS COMMUNITY IS A TRASH... These are the only words I have right now. I'm 100% agree with all the negative reviews. It's been a months I'm complaining about trash dumpster which is sitting there(right in front of my balcony) for more than 2months which was not there when I moved in and they kept it here afterwards and not cleaned yet. It's raining and now it's stinking like a hell. Not a single complaint is taking care by this new management. I don't understand why they don't want to receive calls or respond to residents complaints. When I personally went to the front office I was told by it's scheduled and will take care of it (in front of future residents sitting there) but it seems like they don't give a damn about anything here. I can write so many things (negative and true) here as a review but I'm just tired and exhausted. I just feel like we are paying for nothing here. I'm attaching photos which I took every week."
